Sussex County Animal Response Team

Mission Statement:  The mission of the Sussex County Animal Response Team is to provide services for animal owners and animals during times of disaster or emergency when activated by the Sussex County Office of Emergency Management. SCART shall strive to ensure that no animal is left behind, neglected or forgotten during a disaster, regardless of magnitude of the disaster.
