Protect your Animals from Extreme Heat

With extreme heat waves on the rise, the NJDA’s Division of Animal Health reminds pet owners and livestock operators to monitor their animals’ exposure to the extreme high temperatures.  Heat stress and heat stroke can occur very quickly during heat waves, so plan ahead to avoid these potentially deadly consequences to your animals.
